Our in stock quantity does not reflect the absolute exact amount of items in stock with regard to our suppliers in the shopping section. It does in the creations section. The shopping section count is a very close approximation. If you would like to check stock amounts you must email or telephone us. It is always a good idea to check stock before making bulk orders.
Ordering items with zero or negative quantities could lead to an in store credit instead of the item being shipped so call or email us to find out if the item can be put on back order status before you order it.
Backordered or non-stock items will be shipped when they arrive (for USA shipments). You will receive an email informing you that the item is either non-stock or backorder status with a tentative arrival date if known. You will not be charged additional shipping for this service. International orders will have to pay additional shipping or cancel the item. If you would like to cancel the item and receive a refund you must notify us.
There are built in quantity discounts for 5+ (5%), and 25+ (20%) these are applied at checkout. In the spiritual supplies shopping section only.
Orders under $12.00 will be charged a $5.00 low order fee.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover but, prefer PayPal. No checks accepted, so if you would like to use a check, please use PayPal pay by check option. Pay with a money order. Remember that your order will not be processed until the money order has been received. If we have not received your money order within 10 days of the order submission the order will be deleted.
If there are typographical errors in the product descriptions we apologies. If this has caused a miscommunication or has somehow misrepresented an item we will take steps to resolve the issue.
Our return policy is handled on a case by case basis. There are options such as store credit, money back, or others which can be discussed.
In the event your package has been damaged please contact us immediately and we will deal with the mail carrier.

If at any point there needs to be an arbitration or legal proceedings they will be handled in our jurisdiction of Jackson County Oregon. This has never been the case; however, we must cover ourselves.
