Because every one of us is unique, and have our own brain issues, how we awaken is going to be different for everyone.  There are however a few things that seem to be inherent in just about everyone I've worked with.  The proper flow of energy is a key factor, this includes grounding and being sourced to light.  Calming the brain, putting it aside so the mind can become quite.  "Letting go", BELIEVING anything is possible, and believing you can do it.  There's a cord in the top back of your head that connects to your higher self, that has to be "plugged in".  I encourage downloading your "self" into your brain, and taking control over the brain.  You are the master of your vessel, do you really want it to be the master of you....?  Probably not...

The more spiritual knowledge you have, the more you become the master of your vessel because, knowledge is power, and power is freedom.  Brains are programmed with all kinds of things we don't need, let it go..  Fill it with the things you do need.  Think about all the possibilities, how far do you want to go? My personally choice is all the way, I want to go all the way.. That's the mind frame I use, but like I said we are all different, you have to find you...  You're in there, that is one thing I can say for sure.  Tapping into yourself, you will find how "you do it", and all the things you've learned and experienced.  Do whatever it takes (in the frame of light), to get there.
